Broccoli and sausage pasta
In autumn and winter, broccoli is king!
I really love broccoli; in fact, I cook them very often both with the first but also to accompany the second or as a side dish. Which is why I decided to offer you a simple but infallible first course in taste of pasta with broccoli and sausage.
Broccoli and sausage pasta, recipe for a quick and tasty first course, a tasty variant of Pasta with broccoli, which will appeal to the whole family! The pasta is topped with a sauce with broccoli and sausage, and is a great way to eat broccoli, as it is healthy, rich in protein and properties. This recipe is very simple: broccoli will have to cook very little and in less than 20 minutes you will have your dish on the table. You can use the pasta shape you prefer, preferably short pasta. Also excellent are the orecchiette broccoli and sausage.

Ingredients:
400 g short pasta
800 g Broccoli (to be cleaned)
2 Pork sausages
1 clove Garlic
2 Dried chilies
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation:
First clean the broccoli: remove the stem and keep only the florets. Rinse them under running water. Cleaning and cooking broccoli - Pasta with broccoli and sausage. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of coarse salt, which serves to give flavor, but also to maintain the bright color of the broccoli, and boil the tops of the broccoli for 5 minutes. In a pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with 1 clove of peeled garlic and 2 dried chilies (if you like), so as to flavor the oil. Remove the sausage from the gut, cut it into pieces, and brown it for a few minutes in a pan. Remove the clove of garlic and chili.
Sauce with broccoli | Broccoli and sausage pasta
Drain the broccoli with a slotted spoon and pour them into the pan together with the sausage. Continue cooking over moderate heat. Meanwhile, boil the pasta (mezze maniche, pennette, orecchiette) directly in the pot where you cooked the broccoli. Add a few tablespoons of cooking water in the pan of the sauce with broccoli and crush a few tops with a fork, to make the dish creamier. Season with salt. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, pour it directly into the pan with broccoli and sausage.
Mix carefully and serve. Your broccoli and sausage pasta is ready!
